As a Regional Trainer youâll play a vital role in equipping our Agency Network and internal teams with the skills they need to achieve business objectives and growth aspirations. Youâll deliver, facilitate, and evaluate a variety of learning programs, both virtual and in-person, that focus on business, technical, sales, and other essential skills. Your mission is to create an exceptional learner experience that empowers our teams to meet regulatory requirements and excel in their roles.
Leading engaging virtual and in-person sessions, youâll focus on key product classes and ensuring alignment with NFU Mutualâs agency training standards. Collaborating with stakeholders, youâll assess learning needs, providing valuable insights to support the Learning Design team. Youâll assist in delivering and embedding the agency licensing process, contributing to a streamlined approach that enhances the customer experience. Youâll also contribute to the review and improvement of the agency learning strategy, to ensure alignment with NFU Mutualâs longâterm goals. Supporting the evaluation of the impact and logistics of agency learning programs, youâll ensure they meet our business requirements, and drive initiatives that equip agents with the necessary skills for successful agency management and the achievement of growth aspirations. In addition, youâll build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including National Agency Development Managers, Regional Managers, and the broader Agency leadership team.
This role is homeâbased, and it is expected that the successful candidate will travel regularly to Agencies and Regional Service Centres across the South East.

Youâre a dedicated professional, ideally with experience in a regulated environment, supporting the delivery of learning programs within a networked business or agency environment. You possess strong consulting skills, including the ability to conduct learning needs assessments, solve problems and provide actionable recommendations. Your expertise in developing and delivering training strategies ensures alignment with both business and market needs. Collaboration is key for you; you excel at working with stakeholders to drive the operational success of learning initiatives.
