The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 ÂŁ per year.

Salary: ÂŁ30,987 + monthly bonus + benefits package

  • 35 hours per week, working 2 days 11 am – 7pm, and 3 days 9am – 5pm
  • Initially, you’ll be working in the office full time, transferring to 80% homeworking and 20% in Stratford-upon-Avon or Glasgow once training has been completed.

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity available for three Non-Advised Sales Consultant to join the team within Financial Services Sales on a permanent and 12-month FTC basis, due to growth within the business.

As a Non-Advised Sales Consultant, you’ll support customers by understanding their circumstances, providing them with information about the Financial Services products available to them, and completing the necessary administrative duties, and adhering to regulatory processes and quality standard throughout.

To support the growth of our Financial Services portfolio, you’ll develop and maintain effective relationships with our Financial Services team as well as the NFU Mutual Agency Network to drive the volume and improve the quality of leads generated. Not only will this support you to hit your targets, but in turn develop the non-advised channel.

This is a unique opportunity to start your career within Financial Services, benefiting from a thorough training program to ensure that you’re fully up-to-speed and knowledgeable about our processes and products, before supporting customers.

This role is based in our Tiddington Head Office, just outside Stratford-Upon-Avon, or our Glasgow office. If based at Tiddington, you’ll be required to be in the office for a minimum of 3 months whilst carrying out classroom and desk based-training. If Glasgow is your local site, you will be required to attend Head Office for a 6 week induction training. To note, travel and accommodation costs will be covered by us.

This role falls under Insurance Distribution Directive requirements, and as a result, role holders will be required to demonstrate ongoing Continuous Professional Development in role, along with undergoing regular re-screening to show that they are of “Good Repute”. About you

You\’re a highly motivated individual with a positive, can-do attitude, using your customer service or sales experience to consistently achieve targets. You’re organised and have excellent attention to detail when completing administrative tasks. You’ll thrive in this fast-paced working environment, able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to promote collaboration, and excellent customer experience.
To join the team, you’ll have:

  • Customer service skills, developed from face-to-face or telephone based customer service roles – essential
  • IT Literacy, with good working knowledge of Microsoft suite and IT systems; such as till systems or CRMS – essential
  • Resilience, able to handle set-backs and challenges well
  • Previous experience of working within a targeted or SLA driven environment – desirable

Professional or personal experience of Financial Services products would be advantageous but if you don’t have this knowledge, we’ll be able to give you all the training you need to succeed.
