As a Non-Advised Sales Consultant, you’ll support customers by understanding their circumstances, providing them with information about the Financial Services products available to them, and completing the necessary administrative duties, and adhering to regulatory processes and quality standards throughout. To support the growth of our Financial Services portfolio, you’ll develop and maintain effective relationships with our Financial Services team as well as the NFU Mutual Agency Network to drive the volume and improve the quality of leads generated. Not only will this support you to hit your targets, but in turn develop the non-advised channel. We’re a team that puts our customers at the heart of everything we do. This role is based in our Tiddington Head Office, just outside Stratford-Upon-Avon, or our Glasgow office. If based at Tiddington, you’ll be required to be in the office for a minimum of 3 months whilst carrying out classroom and desk based-training. If Glasgow is your local site, you will be required to attend Head Office for a 6 week induction training. To note, travel and accommodation costs will be covered by us. This role falls under Insurance Distribution Directive requirements, and as a result, role holders will be required to demonstrate ongoing Continuous Professional Development in role, along with undergoing regular re-screening to show that they are of “Good Repute”. You’re organised and have excellent attention to detail when completing administrative tasks. You’ll thrive in this fast-paced working environment, able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to promote collaboration, and excellent customer experience.
