NFU Mutual is seeking a Motor Claims Strategy Manager to lead the strategy and performance of the Motor claims business. The role is field-based across regional locations with travel to York, Stratford, Bristol and Glasgow, and at least one day per week in the office.
You will set financial performance targets, shape the customer experience, and drive cost management and operational improvements, working with Claims Operations, Supply Management and other senior stakeholders.
