About the role

NFU Mutual is committed to transforming Management Information (MI) delivery to support data-driven decision-making. Our MI Simplification initiative aims to streamline reporting processes, reduce complexity, standardise formats, and enhance accuracy and relevance of insights, leveraging modern technologies to reduce reporting time and increase agility.

This role offers an opportunity for a high-calibre MI Consultant to work autonomously, interact with senior management, and contribute to our strategic reporting initiatives. You will deliver growth and risk-focused MI, empowering teams to enhance performance and make informed decisions, by designing and producing in-depth data analysis, insights, and visualisations that meet high standards of reporting.

About you

You are data-driven with strong Power BI and SQL skills, and possess financial and commercial acumen. You are proficient with Microsoft Office applications and excel at communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. You are a proactive business partner with excellent influencing skills, stakeholder management experience, and adaptability to change.

Additionally, you will:

  • Convey complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
  • Build and maintain productive relationships across organisational levels
  • Embrace change to drive continuous improvement
