About the role
You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business to understand their needs, completing Learning Needs Assessment and providing insight to shape solutions that meet both customer expectations and provide learning that links business strategy with personal growth. Collaborating with the Learning Design team, you’ll help ensure learning interventions are aligned with organisational priorities and support colleagues long term career goals. You’ll also play a key role in evaluating the effectiveness of the learning offering—gathering feedback, reviewing data and analysing competitor approaches to ensure continuous improvement. Alongside this, you’ll build strong, influential relationships with colleagues across the business, ensuring learning is delivered consistently and effectively. This role blends virtual delivery with travel to NFU Mutual sites when needed to support colleagues and stakeholders in our regional locations.
About you
You’re a dedicated learning professional with expertise in delivering leadership and business focused interventions. You bring strong consulting skills, including the ability to assess learning needs, solve problems and make practical recommendations. You’re confident working with a range of stakeholders and excel in creating learning that truly meets business needs. To join our team, it’s essential that you also have:
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A customer focused mindset, always considering the learner and the business need
- Experience evaluating and improving learning interventions- ensuring it is learner centric whilst still delivering measurable impacts
- The ability to manage projects and prioritise effectively
A CIPD Certificate in Learning & Development (or equivalent) is essential, and experience within a leadership or business learning environment is highly desirable.
