• Up to £45,000 + up to 17.5% annual bonus + great benefits • Up to 80% homeworking options available • Development opportunities in a growing team We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Test Professional to join our newly formed NFU Mutual Guidewire PolicyCenter team, where your role will be to understand and interpret IT testing requirements. As part of a new and growing team within our Guidewire application suite, this role encompasses several distinct types of testing, including functional and non-functional testing for the PolicyCenter application. Working with both internal NFU Mutual resources and third-party software providers, your primary focus is to deliver a professional test service in accordance with NFU Mutual processes and practices. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a brand-new team with growth potential. This role is based in our Ryon Hill office, just outside Stratford-Upon-Avon. However, we understand how important a positive work-life balance is, so to help you give your best, we offer great facilities when you want to be in an office environment, whilst working up to 80% of your hours from home.
About you
With meaningful, relevant and demonstrable experience of IT software testing, you’re a Test Professional with experience of working in an Agile environment. To join our team, you’ll have: • A good understanding of manual testing processes and supporting documentation • Experience from a Financial services, insurance, investments, banking and/or pensions environment • A genuine desire to achieve excellent customer service. Experience of automated testing tools and ITIL awareness is desirable. An International Software Testing Qualification Board (ISTQB BCS) Foundation Certificate in Software Testing or other relevant qualifications/certifications would also be advantageous.
