Your work will be pivotal in bridging the gap between conceptual idea and practical usable software in a fast-paced large IT ecosystem. You will be collaborating closely with internal teams, SMEs and trusted external partners focussing on the conceptualisation, evaluation, architecture, functionality, end user interface, impact analysis, data mapping, and integration to bring together the Solution Vision for implementation aligned with NFU Mutual’s design principles, architectural design standards, and brand guidelines. You will be responsible for the evaluation and full understanding of the requirements provided by stakeholders and crafting the underlying structure, engaging in technical aspects of Software / Solution Design encompassing the design, development, and maintenance phases working closely with BAs, IT Architects, Project Managers, Test Team, 3rd Parties, and Service Design amongst others. You will also be responsible for generating, maintaining and owning design patterns. Working under the guidance of the Systems and Solutions Designers, you will have access to excellent pathways of learning, role progression and the full support of the Design Team to aid your journey.## About youYou will be working in a team of dynamic and independent thinkers, who thrive in a fast paced and dynamic working environment, using judgement and initiative to drive activity forwards. We are a key component of the SDLC, making evidence-based decisions to deliver robust and effective software to solve real world problems and enhance user satisfaction.
