About the role:
Due to the continuing success of our growing Agency, we are recruiting for a full time Insurance Sales and Service Adviser to join our thriving team. The successful candidate will play a key role by providing exceptional service to both our existing customer base and our new customers. Ideally you will have experience of working in a customer service role, an excellent telephone manner and a superb attention to detail. Above all though, you’ll relish the challenge of being part of a truly customer-focused, ambitious team.
About you:
The candidate must hold:
- GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above (or equivalent).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages
- Excellent communication skills & the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
