Your experience as a strategic leader
This is a highly visible leadership role, requiring strategic foresight with operational engagement to drive sustainable business growth and secure enduring client relationships across the local farming and wider business communities.

- Visionary, strategic thinking
- People leadership, ideally in a sales/client-facing capacity
- Commercial acumen with local/regional business awareness
- Customer-first ethos with engaging relationship-building skills
- A personal interest in rural affairs or farming / agriculture to represent the Ulster Farmers’ Union (UFU) in the role of Group Manager.

From the moment you join you’ll benefit from:
- Uncapped income with projected on-target earnings up to £80k in year one. Your drive, vision and personal ambition are the only limit to your future income growth
- A ready-made, loyal client base with consistently high renewal rates
- Our commitment to set you up for success and help you along the way too. Whilst it’s your business to run, you’ll have access to a host of NFU Mutual training and support services including sales, marketing, financial planning and so much more.
