The role Client Service Advisor -NFU Mutual’s Surrey Agency• Two locations available in Surrey – Oxted and Godalming• 12-month fast track development programme to senior Bespoke & SME Advisor role• £25,000 to £35,000 starting salary depending on experience• 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm, an hour for lunch• Permanent contract• Office based role• Full-time and part-time contract considered About the Role We have exciting opportunities for a Client Service Advisor within our Surrey Agency located in our Oxted Office and our Godalming Office.
You will play an important role providing great service to our clients and potential clients by assisting them with quotes, renewals and mid-term adjustments on motor and home insurance products.
We are looking for candidates who have the ability and desire to follow a 12-month fast track development programme to the senior Bespoke & SME Advisor role.
At the core of our approach lies the cultivation of strong relationships and a hunger to help meet all our clients’ needs.
The role includes seeking additional insurance opportunities and introducing financial services (pension, investments & protection) wherever and whenever a client need is identified.
Client contact is via phone, email and face to face.
You will be part of a team within which collaborative teamwork is essential.
Workloads can vary significantly so it is important you are adaptable, flexible and resilient.
