An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Tunbridge Wells & Flimwell Agency. Due to continued growth, we are now looking for a confident, professional and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Partners and leadership team.

About the role:

As an Executive Assistant, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations and future success of our expanding agency. Supporting the Partners and senior leadership, you’ll handle a wide range of responsibilities that require exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full administrative support to the Agency Partners and senior team
  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and schedule appointments
  • Prepare and submit expenses on behalf of the Partners
  • Handle confidential correspondence and documentation with professionalism
  • Liaise with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders on behalf of the Partners
  • Support internal projects, team events, and operational administration
  • Ensure smooth communication flow across the office and leadership team

What you'll bring

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role
  • Ability to work with discretion, confidentiality, and a high level of professionalism
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Calm, friendly, and positive approach – even when under pressure
  • Confidence in dealing with a wide range of people at all levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using other systems
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
  • A proactive mindset – you’ll anticipate needs before they arise
