Providing exceptional customer service, you will manage customer enquiries, arrange policy reviews and help clients navigate their changing insurance needs. You will identify and follow up opportunities to strengthen customer relationships, generate new business and support sustainable growth. You will enjoy being part of a proactive, customer-focused team where building trust and delivering great outcomes are at the heart of everything we do.The role requires you to work from both our Epworth and Brigg office locations. You will mostly be based at Brigg for your training.About you:Naturally curious and proactive, with the confidence to spot opportunities and follow up on potential leads and grow existing relationshipsConfident building relationships with customers and understanding their needsOrganised and able to manage a varied workload while maintaining attention to detailExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalComfortable handling enquiries, policy changes, renewals and general administrationA team player who enjoys working collaboratively but can work independently when requiredPositive, professional and customer-focused in your approachWilling to learn and develop your technical insurance knowledgeCompetent using Microsoft Office and other business/IT systemsDesirablePrevious experience in insurance or financial servicesCert CII qualified or similar professional qualificationExperience handling SME or agricultural insurance customersUnderstanding of insurance products, underwriting principles and FCA requirementsExperience with CRM systemsOur commitment to youYou will be joining a small, dynamic team where you can truly make an impact.
