About the role: As an office administrator, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations and future success of our expanding agency. Supporting the Partners and agency manager you’ll handle a wide range of responsibilities that require exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full administrative support to the Agency Partners and agency manager.
  • Prepare and dispatch customer insurance renewal documentation.
  • Prepare insurance review call reports for customers.
  • Handle confidential correspondence and documentation with professionalism.
  • Ensure smooth communication flow across the office and leadership team.
  • Coordinating tasks and follow relevant processes as required.
  • Competent user of MS Office packages (Outlook, Word, Excel).

About you: We are looking for an ambitious, innovative, and friendly individual to join our team. The role will require the candidate to have exceptional administrator skills.

The Candidate must hold:

  • 5 GCSE’S including English and Maths at grade C or above. Please clearly state all individual qualifications on your CV.
  • Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Existing administrator experience in an office environment.
