An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Argyll Agency. **About the role:** You will be the first point of contact for our customers looking to make changes to their existing insurance policies. You will also provide information and quotations on the range of products we offer. You will also support colleagues with general administration duties including letter and report writing. **About you:** We are looking for someone with a ‘can do’ proactive approach to their work, who can evidence an excellent telephone manner and experience of providing quality service to customers both in person and over the phone.
