This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, providing exceptional service and helping customers find the right insurance solutions for their needs. As a Customer Service Adviser, you'll be a key member of our team, supporting both new and existing customers with their insurance requirements while delivering a personal and professional experience at every stage of the customer journey. **What You'll Be Doing** • Providing outstanding service to new and existing customers via phone, email and face-to-face conversations. • Handling customer enquiries, policy changes and renewals efficiently and accurately. • Supporting customers with a range of personal insurance products, including motor, home and other personal lines policies. • Building strong, long-lasting relationships with customers through excellent service and advice. • Identifying opportunities to discuss additional products and services that may benefit customers. • Assisting with quotations, policy administration and general office tasks. • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with industry and company standards. • Working closely with colleagues to achieve individual and team objectives. **About You** We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and is motivated by delivering a high standard of customer service. **You will ideally have:** • Previous experience in customer service, sales, administration or insurance. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • A positive, professional and confident manner. • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. • The ability to multitask and manage a varied workload. • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and other business systems. • A willingness to learn and develop within the insurance industry. • A proactive approach and a strong team ethic.
