An exciting opportunity has now arisen to join our small friendly team at The NFU Mutual Insurance office based in East Devon, 5 minutes by car outside of Honiton. The NFU Mutual Insurance Company is an award-winning Insurance and Financial Services company, providing the full range of General Insurance and Financial Services products, with a focus on Agricultural, Business and rural property and motor insurance. We pride ourselves on providing a high quality, friendly, personal and professional customer experience and are looking for someone with these same values, who can work as part of a team.
About the role:
The role includes providing advice on cover across all classes of personal and commercial insurance offered by the NFU Mutual. This, alongside quotations, changes to existing policies and supporting clients with any necessary information and administrative functions. The role also includes a requirement to introduce and increase awareness of our Financial Services solutions for our customer base.
About you:
You will need to be reliable and organised with attention to detail, have a good telephone manner and have good time management skills and be able to work to deadlines. You will need to be computer literate with basic Microsoft Word systems. You will also need your own transport and a valid car driving licence to get to and from work. A minimum qualification of 5 GCSEs are required, which are to include English and Maths.
