The Commercial New Business Executive will be responsible for generating and securing new business opportunities in the commercial space, the successful candidate will play a key part in delivering the agency’s sales strategy and sector development, helping to drive sustainable and profitable growth in line with NFU Mutual’s strategic objectives. **Key Responsibilities** • New Business Development by delivering personal sales targets by identifying, prospecting, and securing new commercial clients • Client Relationship Management by building and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, delivering tailored insurance solutions that meet clients’ needs and exceed expectations. • Cross-Selling to proactively identify opportunities to introduce and refer NFU Mutual’s wider proposition, including: • Financial Services (Protection, Pensions & Investments) • Risk Management Services • Compliance & Quality – Operate at all times within the compliance, conduct and regulatory framework as set out by NFU Mutual.
