An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Bridgend/Swansea Agency. **About the role:** Kelly, Conlon and Tudor Agency of NFU Mutual has an exciting vacancy for a Commercial Account Director. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to assist the Agents in servicing and renewing a portfolio of existing large commercial accounts. In this role, you will act as the day to day contact for these customers, administering policy amendments, dealing with general customer enquiries and establishing long term and effective relationships by: • Providing first hand support to the agency Partners and their clients which includes managing their renewal book, administration and processing of general insurance policies • Providing first class service to our clients whilst demonstrating the expert advice and knowledge we are known for. • Handling general enquiries, new quotations, policy alterations, sales tasks, Claims processing and management, renewals and administration with a can-do proactive attitude. • Identifying and advising on a wide range of products to ensure we are fully protecting our clients which will include utilising our financial and risk management proposition. • Liaising with underwriters and other key stakeholders regarding customer requirements. • Building and maintaining long term relationships with our clients and other stakeholders. • Transacting business and documentation compliantly within FCA requirements and always with a ‘customer-centric’ approach. • Creating opportunities to cross sell our range of products • Researching and building knowledge in our core sectors## About you• Ability to build relationships through effective written and verbal communication skills both on the phone and face to face. • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. • Able to work to strict deadlines within a compliant environment and manage a complex workload. • Strong IT skills especially Microsoft Office and quick to adapt to new systems. • Hard working and a great team player • Be able to problem solve and use own initiative whilst demonstrating attributes of honesty, integrity, skill, due care and diligence. • A desire to be the best • Be highly self motivated • Have a people orientated approach. • Possess effective time management, negotiation and relationship building skills **Qualifications** **You will have the following:** – Previous business to business sales experience – Industry experience & knowledge would be an advantage but not essential -Prepared to work towards professional qualification (CII) A full driving license and your own vehicle is essential as you will be required to travel to customer’s premises and regional Service Centres **Our commitment to you:** NFU Mutual Bridgend/Swansea believes in supporting our team members to grow and develop.
