About the role:
Due to a maternity leave, we have a 12-month Fixed Term opportunity for an established HR Business Partner to join NFU Mutual, Which? Insurance Brand of the Year 2024. You will work in partnership with the wider HR Division of 200 colleagues and the business to identify people-related priorities needed to deliver on our strategy and business KBIs. You will lead on the planning and execution of various HR projects and initiatives within an aligned business area.
