Overview

We’re looking for a Personal Assistant to support our Senior Agent on a maternity cover contract, starting immediately and running until January 2027.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone highly organised and proactive, who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys variety in their work. At the end of the contract, there is the potential for a permanent role within the Agency.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare written reports and generate customer documentation
  • Take instructions from Senior Agent to process policy changes
  • Manage the Senior Agent’s diary and book appointments
  • Provide general admin support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Respond to customers & third party calls and emails professionally and promptly

What we’re looking for

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise under pressure
  • Capable IT user including Microsoft programs
  • Proactive, reliable, and a clear communicator
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Ideally someone with insurance experience, but this is not essential; honesty, integrity, due skill, care and diligence are vital
