We are looking for a Trainee Account Management Coordinator to join our Energy Compliance & Projects team at NFU Energy. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organised, detail-focused and looking to build a career in energy compliance and account management support.
In this role, you will support Account Managers by carrying out a wide range of administrative and data-driven tasks that form part of our managed service offerings. Accuracy, reliability and collaboration are at the heart of what you'll do.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting Account Managers with the day-to-day administration of managed energy services
- Preparing reports and processing data for industry bodies, energy suppliers and internal systems
- Managing and checking meter and performance data to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Supporting the tracking of renewable incentive applications and keeping colleagues updated
- Carrying out data entry, analysis and invoice validation
- Helping the team meet service levels, KPIs and quality standards
- Maintaining clear records and supporting continuous improvement of internal processes
- Communicating with clients and stakeholders by email and phone when needed
About You:

Essential Skills & Experience:
- Experience managing workloads to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Strong numeracy skills with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to organise, prioritise and manage routine and one-off tasks
- Calm, well organised and effective under pressure
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Intermediate IT skills, including Excel, Word and CRM systems
Additional Information:
This role is offered on a hybrid working basis, with a minimum of 2 days in the office per week. NFU Energy is based at Stoneleigh Park, Kenilworth. Occasional travel to client sites across the UK will be expected. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000; the salary offered will reflect market rates for graduate or trainee roles and will be based on skills, qualifications and relevant experience.
