Contract type: Permanent Hours: 37 hours per week Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum Location: Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire Marketing Manager NFU Energy is the go-to energy consultant for agriculture and related industries, providing advice on all aspects of energy, from procuring energy contracts to sourcing and recommending energy solutions, and we are busy! We are looking for a talented Marketing Manager work closely with the Sales and Marketing team at a strategic and tactical implementation levels. The role has both an internal (working collaboratively with delivery teams) and external (customer facing and working with partners) focus. As the key point of contact for the delivery of sales and marketing activity, you will be friendly and approachable with the proven ability to be able manage your time well. You will be flexible and adaptable in your approach and be able to demonstrate a high level of creativity. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved with a well-known and highly regarded brand. Your role and responsibilities will include: Plan and lead NFU Energys marketing efforts to drive business growth into new business sectors, aligning all marketing activities with overall commercial goals and providing proof of ROI for marketing activity. Work alongside internal stakeholders to drive marketing activities into new industries. Be accountable for the end-to-end marketing process by acting as a player / manager where you will both create the marketing strategies alongside the Sales and Marketing Director, deliver the required campaigns and report on results. Where required lead and manage marketing agencies to support your planned activity. Develop and implement a data-driven marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness in new sectors, particularly manufacturing and the public sector. Provide up to date and robust marketing reports to the directors monthly. To succeed in this role, you will have: Proven experience in a marketing role with a strategic focus Strong analytical and creative thinking abilities Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, CRM systems and analytics tools Exceptional communication skills with the ability to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives You will also need to: Have the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and deal with conflicting priorities. Work with a wide range of departments and all levels of staff. Be passionate about contributing to the growth and perception of the company. Always portray a professional image of NFU Energy. In return you will receive a salary £40-45,000 per annum,, 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays), plus company benefits includingpension, group life assurance (3 times salary), Simply Health Cash Plan, NFU membership and more. You will be based at our office in Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.We support work-life balance and operate a hybrid working policy with a mixture of home and office working available, and access to mental health support.
