We are hiring for a Commercial Account Handler to support our growing commercial insurance team! To keep up with our growth in the UK and Ireland, we are looking for someone to work on the administration of clients' insurance requirements including general enquiries, renewals, mid-term adjustments, obtaining quotations and account procedures.
We are looking for someone with:
- Working knowledge of most insurance products
- Experience of working as an Account Handler in a similar broking and sales environment
- Experience of working to high standards of FCA compliance
Using these skills, you will be:
- Responding to client/insurer/third party enquiries by written or oral means.
- Liaison with Account Executives in all aspects of account handling
- Handling any complaints in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements
- Achieving and maintaining a high level of customer service and promoting exceptional customer care standards at all times
- Developing and maintaining a professional working relationship with all clients and providing expert product advice and guidance
- Actively securing renewal business by re-broking existing business to ensure the client is presented with the most suitable and cost-effective cover
