We’re hiring for an Account Handler to support our Insurance team.

To keep up with our growth in the UK and Ireland, we’re looking for a dedicated Account Handler to join our dynamic Insurance Services team. Putting people first is at the heart of everything we do, and that extends to our clients as well as our employees. As one of our Account Handlers, you’ll be right at the forefront of helping us deliver this mission by acting as vital support for our Insurance team, executives and clients.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • High level interpersonal skills
  • Report writing
  • Planning, organisational and time management skills
  • Confidence in being able to communicate to people with various levels of knowledge – face to face, over the telephone and in writing

Using these skills, you’ll be:

  • Ensure all business activity fully complies with FCA regulation
  • Actively secure renewal business by re-broking existing business
  • Handle any complaints in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Review the demands and needs of clients and advise on the most appropriate insurances to meet their demands and needs
  • Responding to client/insurer/third party enquiries by written or oral means
