Overview
We’re hiring for an Account Executive to support our growing Insurance team! We are recruiting for an Account Executive to acquire new commercial customers, whilst retaining existing customers by providing exceptional customer service.
We’re looking for someone with:
- At least 5 years commercial insurance experience
- An ability to build successful, mutually beneficial business relationships through high level interpersonal skills
- Exceptional planning, organisational and time management skills
- Knowledge of commercial products and insurance market
- Experience in dealing with commercial business insurances programs
- A proven track record of retaining and organically growing a book of business
- Driving licence
Using these skills, you’ll be:
- Developing and maintaining the relationship with existing customers
- Targeting new customers from the marketplace by the effective marketing of current prospects
- Establishing and managing with each customer a renewal strategy in accordance with the companies procedures/aims to maximise renewal success
- Ensuring that customers are correctly and adequately insured for all of their insurance exposures and that correct advice is given
- Liaising with Account and Claims Handlers to complete all supporting documentation, maintaining and achieving customer service standards
