Job Description Mental Health Service Manager \n If you have lived experience of mental health challenges and the ability to translate your experience into meaningful service improvement, we want to hear from you. \n We have an exciting opportunity for a Mental Health Service Manager to play a vital role in providing support in Pathfinder West Sussex. \n This is a new and exciting role in which you will be supporting the Lived Experience workstream within the Pathfinder West Sussex Mental Health Support Service. \n Position: Mental Health Service Manager (Internal Job Title: Lived Experience Manager) \n Location: West Sussex/hybrid (with regular travel around West Sussex) \n Salary: £36,729 per annum \n Contract: Permanent \n Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday - Friday) \n Closing Date: 14 October 2026 at 23:59 \n Please note the role may close sooner than advertised if a suitable candidate is found, so apply early! \n About Pathfinder West Sussex \n As a Mental Health Service Manager, you will be working for a people-led organisation whose mission and values is to inspire change across Sussex.
