Supporter Care Fundraising Manager Do you have experience on how to lead a supporter care team to deliver excellent supporter experience? Do you have project management skills? Yes, then we may have the role you are looking for. We are seeking an experienced Supporter Care Fundraising Manager who wants to join a vibrant and dynamic fundraising team. This role is full time (37.5 hours per week) on a permanent contract. The team meet one day a week in the London office, but we are flexible with where you work the remainder of the time. What your day will look like as a Supporter Care Fundraising Manager Working closely with the fundraising teams, you will be responsible for supporter care and the development and implementation of long-term supporter experience across the directorate. You will ensure the provision of excellent customer service to all supporters across multiple fundraising activities and overseeing the Supporter Care vision and direction of the team.
