We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Project Worker to support individuals with complex needs in supported housing and help them thrive independently.

Position: Project Worker

Salary: £27,054 - £29,357 per annum

Location: Southend-on-Sea

Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week (including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays on a rota basis)
