Partnerships Coordinator We are looking for a Partnerships Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the delivery and coordination of employer partnerships, pathways programmes, work experience opportunities and employment outcomes for care-experienced young people. Position: Partnerships Coordinator (internally known as Partnerships & Opportunities Coordinator) Location: London/Hybrid Salary: Β£34,500 per annum Hours: Full time, either 9pm to 5pm or 10am to 6pm Contract: Permanent Benefits: 27 days holiday per year PLUS the 1st Friday of every month is a half day. Pension and contributions are payable 3% after 3 months of service, employee assistance programme. Closing Date: 6pm on Tuesday 13th October. About the Role You will be responsible for maintaining accurate partnership records, coordinating opportunities, supporting candidate engagement, managing events and training logistics, producing reports and ensuring high-quality data management through Salesforce. Working collaboratively with the Partnerships Team, Career Specialists and external partners, you will help maximise opportunities for young people while ensuring employers receive a professional and responsive service. You will have: Experience of maintaining databases, producing reports and managing data accurately. Experience of coordinating projects, programmes, events or stakeholder activities. Excellent organisational, administrative and time management skills. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and use initiative. Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications. Strong attention to detail and ability to analyse information. Understanding of partnership working and professional engagement with young people.
