Location: Home based, with extensive UK travel and international travel to support Green Flag Award International expansion

Not For Profit People are supporting the recruitment of an Accreditation Learning and Development Manager for a leading national not-for-profit organisation. Our client is a respected environmental charity that works with organisations across the UK to improve the quality, management and sustainability of public spaces. Through a portfolio of nationally and internationally recognised accreditation programmes, training and professional development, the organisation supports professionals, volunteers and communities to achieve high standards and share best practice.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and delivery of learning and development across the organisation's accreditation programmes. Working with colleagues, partners and sector professionals, you will ensure the continued delivery of high-quality training, learning resources and development opportunities that support accreditation standards and professional excellence.

  • Lead the strategic development and delivery of learning and development across the organisation's accreditation programmes.
  • Design, commission and review high-quality training materials, online learning resources and development programmes.
  • Coordinate and oversee the delivery of face-to-face and online training events.
  • Ensure learning content reflects current legislation, best practice and accreditation requirements.
  • Contribute to wider organisational projects and strategic objectives where required.

The successful candidate will be an experienced learning and development professional with excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Experience of designing and delivering learning and development programmes.
  • Experience of developing both face-to-face and digital learning solutions.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
