Through a portfolio of nationally and internationally recognised accreditation programmes, training and professional development, the organisation supports professionals, volunteers and communities to achieve high standards and share best practice.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and delivery of learning and development across the organisation's accreditation programmes. Working with colleagues, partners and sector professionals, you will ensure the continued delivery of high-quality training, learning resources and development opportunities that support accreditation standards and professional excellence.
You will lead on the design, implementation and continuous improvement of learning programmes, working closely with internal teams, trainers, assessors and external stakeholders to ensure training remains relevant, engaging and effective.
- Lead the strategic development and delivery of learning and development across the organisation's accreditation programmes.
- Design, commission and review high-quality training materials, online learning resources and development programmes.
- Coordinate and oversee the delivery of face-to-face and online training events.
- Ensure learning content reflects current legislation, best practice and accreditation requirements.
- Contribute to wider organisational projects and strategic objectives where required.
The successful candidate will be an experienced learning and development professional with excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience of designing and delivering learning and development programmes.
- Experience of developing both face-to-face and digital learning solutions.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
