We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to support our BID Director and help drive the success of two thriving London Business Improvement Districts. This is a dynamic opportunity to become the trusted right-hand to the BID Director of Aldgate Connect and Cheapside Business Alliance. As Executive Assistant, you'll play a critical role in supporting high-level operations, board governance, and strategic initiatives across two vibrant BIDs in the heart of the city.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the BID Director’s inbox and diary
- Coordinating and minuting Board and AGM meetings
- Preparing agendas and circulating board papers
- Organising venues, IT, catering and logistics for all meetings
- Supporting governance processes and BID member communications
- Raising purchase orders and managing office supplies
- Assisting with continuous improvement and reporting templates
- Collaborating with senior leadership to track progress on actions
- Representing the organisation as an ambassador both internally and externally
To succeed in this role, you’ll be a confident, discreet and a detail-oriented professional, experienced in providing senior administrative support. You will have:
- Previous experience supporting senior leaders
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Strong IT skills, especially Microsoft Office
- A proactive, self-starting attitude and the ability to work independently
- High levels of professionalism, confidentiality and organisation
