Reporting to the Head of Finance and overseeing two Accounts Assistants, you will help maintain accurate accounting records through to trial balance, ensure robust financial controls and support the smooth day-to-day running of the finance function. Key responsibilities will include: Processing purchase invoices, approvals and supplier queries Maintaining the purchase ledger and completing reconciliations Assisting with weekly BACS payment runs Completing daily and monthly bank reconciliations and monitoring cash balances Supporting weekly cashflow production and monitoring Administering staff debit cards and posting transactions Preparing and posting journals to the P
