Great opportunity for a Director of Communications & Engagement to join a leading educational charity and drive impactful outreach and engagement.

Location: Fairford/Hybrid

Salary: £66,000 – £70,000 per annum

Contract: Permanent

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Communications & Engagement to lead a significant transformation in our client’s profile and supporter base.   2. Strategic Communications and Supporter Development
    1. Design and execute communication campaigns to increase the organisation’s profile.
    2. Develop multi-channel communications tailored to diverse audiences.
    3. Innovate digital communication strategies to enhance engagement.
    4. Measure and analyse the impact of communications, adjusting strategies as needed.
    5. Develop the organisation’s website as a key information and engagement hub.
  3. Audience Development and Stakeholder Engagement
    1. Lead an insight-based audience development strategy.
    2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
    3. Represent the organization at events and meetings, acting as an ambassador.
  4. Leadership Team Collaboration
