Position: Seasonal Fundraiser - North of Scotland
Location: North Scotland - Inverness/Loch Garten
Salary: £25,847.00 - £27,549.00 per annum
Contract: Until the end of August/Early September 2026
Closing Date: Sat, 3rd Jan 2026. We reserve the right to close this recruitment at any stage once we have made a hire.

About the Role: This isn’t a desk job - it’s all about people. Travel to local venues using a company van (fuel and parking covered; average travel time up to one hour each way). Set up engaging and eye-catching fundraising stands. Chat with the public about nature and the mission. Inspire people to support through regular giving. You’ll spend your days outdoors, meeting new people, and making a tangible impact for wildlife. It takes confidence and resilience - but it’s incredibly rewarding.

What We Need from You:

  • Passion for people and conservation.
  • Confidence engaging with members of the public.
  • Resilience and positivity when faced with challenges.
  • Comfortable working outdoors and independently.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Willingness to travel on average up to one hour each way from home.
  • Fundraising, sales or customer service experience (desirable).
  • Availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends per month.

Additional Information: Fixed-term, until early September 2026 with the potential to return each year. Start date: February/March 2026. Induction and training provided at HQ in Sandy, Bedfordshire (travel and accommodation covered). Active fundraising season runs April to September. We may close early if sufficient applications are received.
