Support Coordinator This is an exciting opportunity to join the team in South Warwickshire, including Rugby. We\’re looking for enthusiastic, motivated and well organised individuals to join the team in delivering a comprehensive Stroke Recovery Service across the region. This is an exciting home based opportunity working with stroke survivors and their families to support them following a stroke. Position: S11228 Stroke Support Coordinator (two positions) Location: Home-based South Warwickshire, including Rugby. Extensive travel will be required as part of this role (will include team meetings and other work-related meetings) Hours: 35 hours per week Salary: Circa £26,700 per annum Contract: This is a fixed-term contract until 31 March 2026. Our services are contracted, we currently have funding for this contract until 31 March 2026.
