Support Coordinator This is an exciting opportunity to work with stroke survivors and their families to support them following stroke. We are looking for an innovative, passionate and professional individual with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills to join a Stroke Recovery Service based in East Kent. Position: S11278 Stroke Support Coordinator Location: Home based, Thanet, East Kent, however, regular travel will be required as part of this role within the service area (may include other travel in London and nationally to include team meetings or other work-related meetings). Salary: Salary circa £16,461 per annum Hours: 21 hours per week Contract: Permanent. Services are contracted and there is currently funding for this contract until 31 March 2026.
