We’re hiring for a Personal Lines Account Executive to support our growing Personal Lines team. To keep up with our growth in the UK and Ireland, we’re looking for a dedicated individual to join our Private Clients & Personal Lines insurance team. The Personal Lines Account Executive will work with our Head of Private Clients & Personal Lines.

Responsibilities:
- Managing and servicing a portfolio of Personal Lines insurance clients, delivering an exceptionally high standard of customer service.
- Acting as a primary point of contact for clients, handling enquiries professionally via telephone and email.
- Working closely with the Head of Private Clients & Personal Lines to support the ongoing development of the Personal Lines division.
- Ensuring all client data and documentation is handled in strict confidence and in line with regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation, demonstrating a high level of attention to detail.
- Collaborating effectively within a team-oriented environment to achieve service and business objectives.
- Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience and improve retention.
- Using internal systems efficiently to manage client information and workflows.
- Upholding the company’s professional standards, values and reputation at all times.
