We are seeking an energetic and passionate Insurance Client Executive / Insurance Broker to leverage industry knowledge and offer customized personal insurance coverage, ensuring peace of mind for clients. What You’ll Do Provide expert advice and recommendations on personal insurance coverage tailored to client needs. Meet or exceed individual sales targets and department goals. Prepare documentation: complete applications, issue insurance certificates, and process applications. Maintain professional relationships with underwriters. Resolve client concerns professionally using product and service knowledge. Quote new prospects using Applied Rating Services or Company Portals. Represent the brokerage at industry events as required. Stay updated on industry changes, underwriting rules, and workflow processes. Participate actively in training initiatives. What You Bring RIBO License in good standing is required. Provincial licenses such as Alberta General 1 are required. Over 2 years of industry and/or personal lines experience. Experience with Major Domestic Personal Lines Markets (e.g., Intact, Aviva). Passion for sales and delivering excellent client service. Professional presentation and understanding of personal insurance in a sales environment. Experience in high-volume or fast-paced settings; contact centre experience is a plus. Strong computer skills, including Broker management systems (EPIC & ARS are assets). Ability to learn NFP’s business model quickly. Excellent communication skills in English; French is an asset.
