Overview
We’re hiring for an Applications Support Analyst (Acturis) to support our core insurance platforms, ensuring seamless operations across the business. Working within a dynamic environment and closely with the Senior Analyst, the successful candidate will be the first point of contact for application-related support and change requests, particularly within insurance broker management systems.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Experience supporting end users including insurance accounts, claims and finance handlers
- Troubleshooting skills with escalation to third-party providers as needed
- Strong Acturis platform knowledge and understanding of data structures preferred
- Proficiency with enterprise-level service desk systems
- Excellent communication, customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to train others, share knowledge, take initiative and work dependably
Using these skills, you’ll be:
- Supporting employees via phone, in-person, or other channels, ensuring excellent service and thorough documentation
- Assisting with application issues, future acquisitions and business integrations
- Logging and managing incidents and service requests using enterprise-level ticketing systems
- Supporting application integration, data migration and onboarding processes during acquisitions
