We are NFP, an Aon Company, providing services and solutions to support businesses and people. We have capabilities that extend around the globe, including the UK, Ireland, EMEA, APAC, and North America. It is a time of rapid growth for the European arm of the business, and we are looking for someone to provide administrative support and take ownership of all areas of service delivery, working in partnership with the relevant Advisors to provide outstanding customer service.

Overview of duties:

  • Preparation of client annual review meetings and compliant ongoing suitability reports
  • Following Adviser review meetings
  • Preparation of client documentation for switches/withdrawals/top-ups and submission
  • Preparation of switch/withdrawal/top-up suitability reports in a compliant fashion for adviser
  • Execution of additional business submission with Providers
  • Manage ongoing client information on back office
  • Deal with any ad hoc client queries
  • Liaise with Compliance Department, Accounts and other parts of the business

Person specification:

  • Previous experience working within the private client financial planning industry is necessary
  • Strong working knowledge of private client back office software
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience of cashflow modelling software
  • Honest and trustworthy with a desire to work to the highest standards of compliance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work to a high level of accuracy and prioritise effectively

Education / and or Experience:

  • Previous experience in a wealth / financial planning role

Key Information:

  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 35 hours
  • Location: Bromsgrove, Hybrid
