We’re NFP, an Aon Company, and we provide services and solutions to support businesses and people. We have capabilities that extend around the globe, including here in the UK, Ireland, EMEA, APAC and North America. It’s a time of rapid growth for the European arm of the business, so we are looking for someone to acquire new commercial customers, whilst retaining existing customers by providing exceptional customer service.
Overview of duties:
- To develop and maintain the relationship with existing customers and to target new customers from the market place by the effective marketing of current prospects.
- Establish and manage with each customer a renewal strategy in accordance with the companies procedures/aims to maximise renewal success.
- Responsibility to ensure that customers are correctly and adequately insured for all of their insurance exposures and that correct advice is given.
- To liaise with Account and Claims Handlers to complete all supporting documentation to maintain and achieve customer service standards.
Person specification:
- Knowledge, skills and abilities:
- High level interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build successful, mutually beneficial business relationships.
- Planning, organisational and time management skills.
- Experience in dealing with commercial business insurances programs.
- Knowledge of commercial products and insurance market.
- Proven track record of retention and integrated sales.
- Passion for customer services and professionalism.
- Proactive and able to prioritise and effectively manage own workload.
Education / and or Experience:
- At least 5 years commercial insurance experience.
- Proven track record of retaining and organically growing a book of business.
- Driving license.
