We’re hiring for a dedicated Employee Benefits Account Manager to join our dynamic Employee Benefits team in Birmingham. Putting people first is at the heart of everything we do, and that extends to our clients as well as our employees. You will liaise with our Ireland and US colleagues to support in managing benefits implementation, administration, and design of plans.

- HR, people and talent - supporting employers and their people to thrive through changes and challenges
A positive attitude and behaviours, demonstrating an awareness and willingness to respond to customers to exceed their needs, requirements, and expectations.
Strong communication skills, able to express yourself clearly and positively, both verbally and in written communication.
Excellent organisation skills, able to prioritise customer needs above all else.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience as a benefits administrator or in a similar role, ideally in the Broker Market
- A working knowledge of relevant policies and regulations
- QFA
- Maintaining and updating employee records and benefits files
- Coordinating daily benefits processing, including enrolments, terminations, and claims
- Resolving benefit-related issues and responding to queries and requests in a timely manner
- Researching new employee benefit plans and vendors, alongside our employee benefits consultants
- Liaising with vendors and negotiating and coordinating contracts for new and existing plans
- Collaborating with payroll to ensure that employer contributions and payroll deductions are processed accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintaining and creating records, reports, and documentation in accordance with federal, state, and provider regulations
