Overview
We’re hiring for an Account Executive (Acturis) to support our growing Insurance team. We are recruiting for an Account Executive to acquire new commercial customers, whilst retaining existing customers by providing exceptional customer service. With over 600 people in the UK and Ireland and over 8,000 employees worldwide, NFP are part of the Aon group and specialise in helping businesses in four core areas.

Responsibilities
- Acquire new commercial customers while retaining existing customers by delivering exceptional service.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, using high-level interpersonal skills to build mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Develop and implement renewal strategies in line with company procedures to maximise renewal success.
- Ensure customers are correctly insured for all exposures and that appropriate advice is provided.
- Liaise with Account and Claims Handlers to complete supporting documentation and maintain customer service standards.
- Prospect for new customers from the marketplace and market current prospects effectively.
- Maintain and grow a book of business through retention and organic development.
- Understand and apply knowledge of commercial products and the insurance market, including dealing with commercial business insurance programs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to support ongoing business needs.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of commercial insurance experience.
- Ability to build successful, mutually beneficial business relationships through high-level interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional planning, organisational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of commercial products and the insurance market.
- Experience in dealing with commercial business insurance programs.
- A proven track record of retaining and organically growing a book of business.
- Driving licence.
