We provide a wide range of support services, with approximately 5,000 adults benefiting from our work every month across 70 projects throughout England. Our five-year strategy aims to reach many more people.

This role will drive organisational culture development and ensure high-quality service delivery through leadership of Human Resources functions, Total Reward offerings, and executive assurance to trustees.

As part of the Senior Leadership Team, the Director of People & Organisational Development will lead service user involvement at every level of the organisation, including National Service User Steering Group executive support, workforce implementation of skills and knowledge, and representation to the Senior Leadership Team and Trustees.

  • Lead the development of our organisational culture.
  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred services through Human Resources functions and Total Reward offerings.
  • Provide executive assurance to trustees on service user involvement and organisational culture development.

Requirements:

  • Experience in leading organisational culture development and service delivery improvement.
  • Proven track record in implementing person-centred approaches and ensuring service user involvement.
