Director of Operations
EIA UK investigates and campaigns against environmental crime and abuse.
This role presents an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic organisation as it embarks on a phased approach to transition to a hybrid working model. The Director of Operations will play a crucial part in contributing to the delivery of EIA UK’s overall strategy, facilitating collaboration across functions, and ensuring effective use of resources.
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the successful candidate will work closely with the Executive Director and Campaigns Director to oversee financial management, operating risks, and human resources, communications, fundraising, operational, and administrative functions.
We seek a highly experienced individual with significant finance and operations expertise, who can empower, develop, and retain high-performing teams. Experience in leading a team through structural changes is desirable, as is the ability to build effective relationships across departments and teams.
The ideal candidate will bring a deep personal commitment to EIA UK’s vision and strategic direction.
