Join our established Health & Risk Consulting team, where collaboration and flexibility are at the heart of what we do. We’re expanding due to continued growth and are looking for our next SME Associate Consultant/Consultant to help shape the future of our client relationships.

- Experience within the SME Health & Benefits sector is preferable, whether from a Risk or Health background.
- This role may suit someone currently in an administration or sales role looking to take that next step to a consultant position.
- The successful applicant will have a proven track record of effective client-facing behaviours.
- Good interpersonal skills to deploy on both the internal and external client teams.
- A commercial mind, supported by effective planning of pipeline opportunities.
