Do you want to help the insurance market understand the impacts of climate change? Do you enjoy applying academic science to industry applications? This role will be tackling both of these questions, and more, as part of a wider team addressing climate change topics! This is a hybrid role, working virtually as well as out of our London office.

What The Day Will Look Like
This role will be focussed on developing solutions to our current risk models to account for climate change, working across Aon to deliver climate analytics and help the business understand the impacts of climate change, and engaging with clients to deliver our climate analytics.
A Typical Day Will Involve
- Analysing climate model data, as well as observation data, as part of specific projects investigating the impact of climate change.
- Running our risk models and adjusting them to account for climate change.
- Producing reports and presentations summarising the key results and presenting these to clients.
- Staying up to date on the latest academic publications on climate science through academic engagements.
- Keeping up to date with new solutions available within the market.
