Aon are currently looking to recruit a Business Support Officer on a FTC to be based out of our London office. (6 Months contract)
This will be a hands on role, covering a wide range of activities and working with senior members of staff at Aon.

What The Day Will Look Like

  • Support the Chief of Staff in all aspects of coordination and governance within ABS
  • Lead the process for looking ahead to key ABS Executive meetings and ensure the team plans accordingly
  • Contribute to the scheduling, agenda development and meeting content of these meetings
  • Attend meetings on behalf of the Chief of Staff and accurately summarise the main talking points and actions
  • Develop strong working relationships with critical stakeholders to help achieve team goals efficiently
  • Accelerate the ABS communication plan, including coordination of town halls
  • Support communication activities within projects and programmes of work
  • Design solutions to resolve issues and react to new initiatives
  • Gather information from multiple sources and present key findings in a clear and logical way

Reporting to the Aon Business Services Chief of Staff, this role will be an enabler of critical organisational governance, engaging with ABS teams and collaborating in support of the delivery of corporate objectives.
